When you walk through the doors of Nostalgic Dry Eye Spa you will be greeted with a warm and welcoming smile!

Our frontline staff can handle any completed documents that you have (see downloads above). After we receive your documentation you will go to the exam room.

We will review any health conditions, medications, and insurance information you have. The type of exam you receive may differ to best serve you.

Payment Options

Nostalgic Dry Eye Spa offer a vast range of products and treatments to manage your dry eye that fit a wide variety of customer's budgets. We are also a part of most insurance programs (see list below).

If you do not have insurance you may qualify for care credit which is a flexible payment program.
In terms of payment, Nostalgic Dry Eye Spa accepts: cash, check, and all major credit and debit cards.
